You can login to Mrkt2Home website by clicking on the "MY Account" tab at the top right corner of the Website, where existing users can login by entering their email address and password under the ALREADY REGISTERED space.


How to register at Website?

You can register by clicking on the "MY Account" tab at the top right corner of the Mrkt2Home Website, where new users can create an account by entering their email address and press “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” and filling in the required details in the proceeding page.After your registration all your account details will be mailed to your registered email id.


Is registration process mandatory to shop in Website?

Yes its mandatory to buy(checkout) products from website. As a Guest or without login you can browse and add products to the cart but during the Checkout you will be prompted to login or register to finish the check out.


What User id can I use?

User id supported on website is your Facebook, Google login or you can create a seerate login for with your email address.

Can I have multiple delivery addresses?

Yes, Under My Address please add your default billing and delivery addresses when placing an order. You may also add additional addresses, which can be useful for sending gifts or receiving an order at your office or parents.

Can we Choose or mention delivery timing?

Kindly mention your delivery timing during the check-out process in the comment field “If you would like to add a comment about your order, please write it in the field below”, so we make our best possible timing to match or we will call and confirm your presence.


Is next day delivery possible?

If the order is placed before 17:00 CET we will deliver the order by next day.


Can I Modify the order after the order placement/Check out?

 No, you will not be able to make any changes to your order after the order has been placed. But still, if the order has been dispatched, then no modifications are possible.


Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?

After the Delivery has been shipped address cannot be changed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of time please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.


Is it possible to add or remove products after Order placement?

After the order has been placed successful, you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification, so we can try to do our possible.


Can I order an item which is out of stock?

No, items which are out of Stock cannot be ordered. If there is an urgent requirement you may contact out customer service team so we will try to help you.


How do I know the current status of my order?

We send email to your registered email id during each stage of the order processing, but you can also check the status of your order by contacting our customer support team.


Is there a chance that items not available from my order?

 This is a very unlikely to face this situation since unavailable products cannot be ordered or they are not displayed on the website. We make sure your order will be delivered as per your order. If in case of some the product is missing after the delivery, we make sure it reaches you or your money is returned back for the product which is missing.

Kindly login to website and go to the "My Orders/Order History" in "My Account" section at the bottom of the web page.Now , you can see all the list of orders you placed, at the end of each order you will find reorder button, Kindly click on the REORDER button and you will moved to the check out page, were you can modify the list if you want and complete the order.

If I received and product which has crossed the expiry date / defective / damaged etc, how can I get it replaced or return?

We always have 100% quality products and do periodic quality check , so it is unlikely to have an expired or defective product getting delivered . But, in case if you are not satisfied with any product for any reasons, you can return it to our Representative at time of delivery itself or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.


What is the Return Policy?

If you do not want a product you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery and the products should be in as it is condition when you received, so we can either exchange or equivalent e-voucher on your account. Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange for pickup of product.


How do I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return?

 It depends on the mode of payment, in case of cash-on- delivery during the delivery, our delivery representative will deduct the return product value and collect the bill amount from the customer, in case of payment through bank account, we will need you back account details to credit back or equivalent e-voucher on your account.  In our website these items are priced by Gram / kilogram. Actual weight could vary a little due to its nature. Therefore if you have ordered fruits and vegetables 100SEK per kg, and we pack it for 1.05 kg of so we try to deliver the best weight what you ordered.
