1. Tomato, Garlic, Coriander leaves.
2. Tamarind, Whole pepper, Jeera Whole, Pepper powder, Jeera powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt.
3. For Seasoning: Sesame oil / Refined oil, Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves (Fresh/ Dry), Red Chilli.
Time to Prepare: 20 mins
Step 1. Soak the Tamarind in water and leave it a aside. Crush the tomato and make it as a juice and add pepper powder, Jeera powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder and add the tamarind extracts too and mix well.
Step 2. Heat the pan and add sesame oil, once the oils gets heated add mustard seeds, red chilli, dry curry leaves. Now add the mix slowly and allow it to boil.
Step 3: Crush the pepper whole, Garlic cloves, Jeera whole, curry leaves and add these to the boiled gravy and cook it in low flame for few mins.
Step 4: At last add the coriander leaves.
Now Delicious and Healthy Tamarind Rasam is ready to serve with rice.
