URAD DAL VADA

Crispy Urad dal Vada

INGREDIENTS

1. Urad dal- 100 to 150g , Fennel Seeds- 1 tablespoon, Whole Pepper- 1/2 tablespoon, Rice flour(2-3 tablespoon)

2. Onions-2, Green chilli- 4, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Salt, Oil

TIME TO PREPARE :  20 MINS 

SERVING SIZE: 10 to 15 small size

COOKING STEPS

Step 1: Soak Urad dal for 2 to 3hrs and grind it into fine thick batter.

Step 2: Cut the onions, green chillies, coriander leaves and curry leaves into very small pieces and add all the ingredients one by one to the urad dal batter.

Step 3: Heat the pan and pour oil and allow it to heat well

Step 4: Take small square sized plastic sheet and apply oil on it and take small ball sized vada batter and make it flat and put a small whole in the center and place in the oil carefully.

Step 5: Turn and fry it until it gets golden brown colour.

Now hot Crispy Urad dal Vada is ready and it can be served with sambar and chutney.
