When will I receive my ordered Goods?

 During the checkout you have the space to enter the additional information, where you can enter the date and time of delivery you wish to and we make our best to deliver for you. orders placed before 17:00 CET will be delivered the next day. We will call before the delivery and confirm you timing as well. If there are any delays in delivery due to unforeseen reasons, the same will be informed to you at the earliest.


How is the delivery done?

We have a dedicated and well trained team for handling all the deliveries through different modes, own delivery vehicle operating across the Stockholm city through-out the day who ensure timely & safe delivery of products to our customers and outside Stockholm will handled by our industry leading delivery partners.


Is it possible to change the delivery address detail which is registered on the website?

 Yes, you can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address.


Are there any delivery charges applicable for my order?

 We give you a free delivery within Stockholm city limits to the delivery address for orders above 350Kr and don't have restrictions on the minimum order value.

How can I track delivery of my order?

 You will receive email at every stage of your order processing, right from order confirmation till the delivery. But if you wish to know more details you can contact our customer support team.


Would I be informed if there is any delay in my order delivery?

 In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated on the same.


What should be the minimum order value for delivery?

 There is no minimum order value. You can place orders for any value and we will deliver it to your address.
